Spiked Verbena Lemonade

Klaus Puck, WP24 Restaurant & Lounge, Los Angeles / September 17th, 2012

  • 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Citroen Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Calamansi puree
  • 1 1/2 oz. verbena-infused simple syrup
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sprite
  • verbena leaves

Build in a mixing glass, without the Sprite or verbena leaves. Shake, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, while adding Sprite. Garnish with verbena leaves.
