- 1 kiwi
- 1 oz. kiwi juice
- 1/2 oz. lemon/lime syrup
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz. kaffir – infused organic gin (break 20 leaves of kaffir; let infuse 24 hours in a bottle of gin at room temperature)
- 1/2 oz. green chartreuse
- 2 oz. chilled organic green tea
- Julienne of kaffir leaves (for garnish)
In a mixing glass, muddle the kiwi; add all the other ingredients; add ice, shake, pour directly in a highball glass. Garnish with the julienne of kaffir leaves.
