- 1 1/2 oz. Phillipe Latourelle VS Cognac
- 1/2 oz. Orange Curaçao
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup
- 1/4 oz. fruity, dark red wine, perhaps a dolcetto, barbera, gamay, or syrah
Combine all ingredients but the red wine in a mixing glass; shake with ice. Double strain to a chilled V-shaped cocktail glass; float the red wine on top.
