William of Orange

  • 2 oz. Bols Genever
  • 1/2 oz. Velvet Falernum liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. Orgeat syrup
  • Juniper Berry DRY Soda
  • Orange peel

In a mixing glass shake all the ingredients together, except for the soda and orange peel; top with soda and garnish with orange peel.
