- 2 oz. Spring 44 gin
- 3/4 oz. Les Vergers Boiron blackberry purée
- 3/4 oz. fresh pressed lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 3-4 sage leaves
- 3 dashes Scrappy’s cardamom bitters
- Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic (Bitter Lemon)
- 1 lime wheel
- 1 sage leaf
In a mixing glass combine all liquids and smack sage leaves; add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass; top with tonic and garnish with the remaining sage leaf and lime wheel.
