  • 2 oz. Spring 44 gin
  • 3/4 oz. Les Vergers Boiron blackberry purée
  • 3/4 oz. fresh pressed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 3-4 sage leaves
  • 3 dashes Scrappy’s cardamom bitters
  • Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic (Bitter Lemon)
  • 1 lime wheel
  • 1 sage leaf

In a mixing glass combine all liquids and smack sage leaves; add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass; top with tonic and garnish with the remaining sage leaf and lime wheel.
