Meat Market, Miami, Ezra Pattek - September 2013

  • 2 oz. Tequila Ocho Reposado
  • 1/2 oz. Mezcal Pierde Almas
  • 1 oz. Les Vergers Boiron passionfruit purée
  • 1/2 oz. fresh pressed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Ancho chile infused agave syrup
  • 1 lime wheel
  • Ancho chile slice

In a mixing glass combine all liquids and ice; shake and strain over a large cube into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and chile slice.
