Yoshimi Kicks the Bad Guys

  • 1 1/2 oz. sochu
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 1/4 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 shiso leaves

Shake all ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice; double strain into chilled coupe; garnish with shiso leaf.
