Makes 1 cocktail

  • 2 oz. coconut cream/matcha cream
  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz. sudachi juice
  • caramelized nori, for garnish
  • kumquat, for garnish

Shake cream, rum, simple syrup, and sudachi juice vigorously in cocktail shaker; strain into Collins glass filled with ice; garnish with nori and kumquat.
