Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1 Tbsp. wasanbon sugar
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. Crop cucumber vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Wakatake Onikoroshi Junmai sake
  • 3/4 oz. cucumber water
  • orange blossom water
  • Japanese cucumber, sliced

Add sugar and lime juice to cocktail shaker; stir to dissolve; add vodka, sake, cucumber water, and ice; shake vigorously; strain into chilled coupe glass; mist with orange blossom water; garnish with Japanese cucumber slices.
