Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz. gin
  • 3/4 oz. Sakura honey
  • 1/2 oz. Amontillado Sherry
  • 3/4 oz. sudachi juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • orange peel

In cocktail glass filled with ice, shake all ingredients except orange peel vigorously; strain into Champagne glass; garnish with orange peel.
