Milagro Tequila - May 2nd, 2014
- 1 1/2 oz. Milagro Resposado
- 1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes
- 1/2 oz. crème de cacao
- 1/2 oz. Manzanilla Sherry
- 1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
- orange peel
Chill coupe glass with ice and water; set aside.
Combine all ingredients except orange peel in mixing glass; add ice; stir until well-chilled and diluted; remove ice water from chilled coupe; strain ingredients into chilled coupe; express orange peel over cocktail; rub peel around rim of glass and place atop cocktail; serve immediately.
