Milagro Tequila - May 2nd, 2014

Serves 1

  • 1 1/2 oz. Milagro Resposado
  • 1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes
  • 1/2 oz. crème de cacao
  • 1/2 oz. Manzanilla Sherry
  • 1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
  • orange peel
  1. Chill coupe glass with ice and water; set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients except orange peel in mixing glass; add ice; stir until well-chilled and diluted; remove ice water from chilled coupe; strain ingredients into chilled coupe; express orange peel over cocktail; rub peel around rim of glass and place atop cocktail; serve immediately.
