Blackberry Mint Julep

Adam Miller, Bay Kitchen Bar, East Hampton, New York - May 2nd, 2014

Serves 1

  • 2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Chambord
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Demerara syrup
  • 6 blackberries, muddled
  • 7 mint leaves

Mix Bourbon, Chambord, lime juice, Demerara syrup, 5 blackberries, and 6 mint leaves in cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously; pour over crushed ice in mint julep glass; garnish with sprig of mint and blackberry.
