Queen’s Park Hotel Super Cocktail

Queen’s Park Hotel, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, 1932

  • 1 1/2 oz. gold Trinidad rum
  • 1/2 oz. Italian vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass.
