Bacon Bloody Mary

Serves 1

Bloody Mary mix:

  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. red chile flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 tsps. celery salt
  • 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. hot sauce
  • 1 oz. house-made pickle brine

Combine all ingredients; stir; reserve.

Assembly:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 slice thick-cut house-cured bacon, cooked
  • 1 celery stalk
  • peperoncini peppers

Fill glass with ice; add vodka; top with reserved Bloody Mary mix; stir; garnish with bacon, celery stalk, and peperoncini; serve.
