  • 6 granules sea salt
  • 2 dashes Gary Regan’s #5 Orange Bitters
  • 2 oz. Bombay Gin
  • 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • orange twist, cut with channel knife (for garnish)

Add salt to mixing glass; add bitters; stir to dissolve a bit; build gin, Americano, and vermouth in glass; add ice; stir; strain into coupe; garnish with orange twist.
