From less than one acre of Chardonnay in this premier cru, Prieur crafts a striking wine, with lean fruit flavors of green apple and lemon pierced by stony mineral and tinged with spicy oak. The intense flavors join harmoniously through the long finish, with lingering citrus and finely honed mineral edge.
