Bring On the Bubbly

New York City's Champagne Week kicks off on November 4th, bringing to town a bevy of boutique brands and big houses for this four day fête. Tickets are available for the Champagne cocktail competition at Experimental Cocktail Club, a pairing dinner at Trattoria Il Mulino with Piper Heidsieck, a reception with Nicolas Feuillatte at the Pierre Hotel's Two E Bar/Lounge, and more.

Because New York Champagne Week knows who the wizards behind the curtain are, the food and beverage industry are invited to a trade-only tasting of boutique Champagnes, including newly launched Carbon cuvée—available only in magnum and jeroboam sizes (two of which will be on hand for tasting)—on Wednesday, November 6 at Vin Sur Vingh NoMad (at 26th Street and Broadway) between 2 and 5 p.m.

Whether you're industry or not, fans will appreciate the Champagne Campaign, where every bottle of Champers will be 50 percent off from 10 p.m. until closing at Corkbuzz Wine Studio. (Yes, every bottle.)
