- 1 can condensed raw milk
- 40g cocoa powder
- 30g unsalted butter
- shredded coconut
Place all ingredients except coconut in saucepot; cook 10 to 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and shiny; pour onto a sheet tray; cool; using greased hands, shape mixture into small spheres; roll into coconut; reserve in refrigerator until ready to serve.
