    Chef & Sommelier The shape of each glass from the “Spirits Collection” regulates the amount of alcohol released and maintains the proper serving temperature. “Warm” (10 ounces) is ideal for whiskey or rum, stemmed “Ambiant” (5.5 ounces) for a wide range of white or brown spirits, and “Icy” (3 ounces) is perfectly suited for vodka or aquavit.

    TableCraft The “Remington” collection 18/8 stainless-steel “Rectangular Wave Tray” measures 24" by 4", great for buffets or shared canapés.
