    Fortessa The 3 1/2" well of the 10 3/4" "Cielo" plate is surrounded by rippling waves that provide spaces for sides and garnishes. Matching pieces include one- or two-ripple designs.

    Richard Ginori 1735 The wide rims and clean, classic lines of "Impero" make it an ideal pattern for customization. The 9 1/2 ounce coffee pot, 4 3/4 ounce milk jug, and 10 1/2 ounce sugar bowl are shown.

    Steelite International USA "Duo Gourmet" adapts to service and presentation needs with a mix-and-match collection of plates, bowls, coupes, and lids. The 14 1/8" by 7" tray is shown with 3 3/4 ounce square bowls and coordinating lids.

    Villeroy & Boch "Slides keep service in motion while dishes for the entire meal—from apps to coffee—are presented along the double tracks and wells of the 14" by 10" base plate.

    Kenilworth Trading Co. Asian inflected "Katana" rectangular and square plates, platters, and bowls are tailored for small presentations. The 7/7 8" by 5 1/4" plate and 4 1/4" by 2" bowl are shown.

    Izabel Lam New York The "Shell" oval plate (11 1/2" by 7 1/2") and oval bowl (7 3/4" by 6") are softly shaped in pure white porcelain.
